Time speeds by...

I can hardly believe it is almost August. We will be celebrating four years in business this month! Sometimes it seems like only last week that we took the big leap and started our gift basket service. I have learned so much and met so many amazing people but there is still much to learn and many to meet!

The most important thing I have learned is that nothing makes up for exemplary customer service. Listen to your clients and give them what they want. It sounds simple enough but sometimes they themselves have no idea what that is! Patience and listening will allow you to fill that order and thrill both your client and the recipient. The hard sell is not the best way to care for your people, listening is.
